The four elements of the MDP stage are critical for long term production success. That is to say, correctly costed product, sustaining planned profit margins; whose resulting products meet agreed design, productivity, process and quality requirements.  Get it right and the rewards can not be overstated. Get it wrong, usually through a lack of focus, investment, due diligence and know-how; and the adverse relationship, commercial, productivity and quality effects can last years.

In short we will be your development team for your precision injection moulding applications; combining European technical and management services including for example technical support, processing, automation and metrology with Chinese tooling expertise, value and lead-times. Once a project has been fully discharged in compliance with the Project Design Specification (...PDS), development resources are disbanded and their associated costs no longer remain a burden to your supply chain or product cost.

When the Manufacturing Development Phase (...MDP) is discharged successfully an ancillary benefit is the de-skilling of serial production. The result is a robust manufacturing system with centred processes maximising the overall process window. The result is a reduction in the required technical capability of the on-going production facility.
